Once your order is on the way, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days within the U.S.

International delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 2–3 weeks.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

If you’re not completely in love with your piece, please reach out within 7 days of receiving it. I’ll happily exchange your item or offer a full refund, no stress and no judgment.
If you contact me after the 7-day window, don’t worry — your piece will still be eligible for an exchange.

Return Conditions

To receive a full refund, the jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping and any insurance needed to keep it safe while it makes its way back home.

Custom Orders

Custom scripture and personalized messages are made especially for you, and because each piece is crafted with intentional care, these custom orders cannot be returned.
That said, if anything arrives damaged or not as expected, please reach out. I will always take care of you — it’s part of the promise.
